Compliance & Risk Management
SOTEXA LIMITED is committed to lawful and transparent B2B trade in software licences, IT hardware and electronic products. Our policy is to consider applicable anti-money-laundering, sanctions and export-control requirements in connection with commercial transactions.
We may request information about the company, contracting parties, payment arrangements, delivery destination, end user and intended use where relevant. Transactions must meet applicable legal requirements, and any required licences or approvals must be in place before fulfilment.
AML & Transaction Integrity
Business and transaction information may be requested to clarify the commercial purpose, the parties involved and the proposed payment arrangements. Information requirements depend on the nature of the engagement and applicable obligations.
Sanctions & Restricted Parties
Orders are subject to applicable restrictions affecting the parties, destinations and activities involved. A proposed transaction cannot proceed where it would breach an applicable prohibition.
Export Controls & End Use
Supply may depend on the product’s technical specifications, country of origin, destination, end user and intended use. Where applicable, the necessary export, re-export or import authorisations must be in place before fulfilment.
Payment Arrangements
Payment arrangements are documented in the relevant quotation or contract. Additional information may be requested where needed to clarify a proposed payment or commercial relationship.
This page describes SOTEXA’s general policy approach. It is not a product-specific classification, a transaction approval or a substitute for the terms agreed for a particular engagement.
